2008 Kids Benefit Golf Tournament Join a great day of golf with the YMCA at Mountain Pub-Links Golf Course on May 19th. Become a Event Sponsor: $350 (includes 1 golfer); Single Golfers $100; Golf Foursome $400. Lunch at 12pm, golf at 1pm. There will be prizes for 1st ($600 per team), 2nd ($400 per team), 3rd ($200 per team). Gifts will also be awarded for: Hole in One, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Longest Putt.

Super Sports Club Monday starting April 7th 4:15pm-5:00pm - Ages 4-6 - Learning basic sports skills at a young age can greatly benefit a child’s physical and social development. The program includes baseball, football, golf, soccer, tennis, and basketball. Members $20, Participants $35 8-weeks

Volleyball Skills Class Wed. starting April 9th 5:15pm-6:00pm - Grades 4-8 - Participants will learn the fundamentals of the game including passing, serving, defense, setting and hitting, along with teamwork and rules of the game. Members $20, Participants $35 8-weeks

Youth Corner Now Open!

Let us supervise your child in activites while you work out! The Youth Corner is open Mon., Tues., Thurs. for Youth Ages 6-13, 6pm-7:30pm. Activites include Sports, Crafts, Board games, Video Games, and much more! Children will need to be signed in and out each day by a parent/guardian. Program is located in the Teen Center/Aerobic Room. Youth Corner is FREE to Members and $2 per hour for guests.

The British are Coming!

BRITISH SOCCER CAMP! Boys & Girls Age 2-18 are invited: June 2-6. We are hosting the British Soccer Camp again at the Pikeville Area Family YMCA. A member of Challenger's British Coaching Staff will be flown to the USA to teach the camp. Each Camper will receive a free camp t-shirt, player evaluation, and end of camp gift.
