6 week Get Started Program

FREE with membership! A flexible fitness program designed to fit your needs by focusing on developing a consistent routine and sticking to it. Meet 4 times one-on-one with a Y-fitness coach as they lead you through cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility orientation.

Teen Strength Training Ages 12 & up

Learn Proper techniques to insure safety during warm-up, stretching, cool down and use of the equipment. Graduates will become privileged to use the fitness center and cardio room. Class is on Tuesday 4:00-4:45 pm.

Youth Fitness Ages 10-14

Fitness has taken a back seat when it comes to the modern child. Our children are becoming victims of inactive, unmotivated, unhealthy lifestyles, and their health is deteriorating. If you are concerned about the lack of exercise your child is getting and would like to see them up and moving, then this class gives them motivation. They learn to exercise, manage food choices, nutrition, and making a habit to stick with it.

Personal Training / Buddy Sessions

Let a YMCA certified personal trainer offer one-on-one counseling and instruction for performance enhancement, for sport-specific training, for help establishing healthy lifestyle habits and more! You can also have a YMCA certified personal trainer offer counseling and instruction for you and a buddy while you enjoy a workout together.
